Our policy lasts 15 days from the delivery of your item. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned but may be exchanged for store credit. These include, but are not limited to:
Some health and personal care items
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Downloadable software products
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return request has been submitted, you will be contacted with shipping instructions & information.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

We currently only offer shipping to United States Residents. European shipping is coming soon!
We offer free shipping via USPS on all orders regardless of the order total (no minimum order amount required for free shipping).
Shipping time is 7-11 days after the order has been processed by Duo Cooperative. Processing time is generally 1-3 days. Altogether, you should expect to receive your items within 8-14 days.
Once your items have shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please be advised that we store our inventory at multiple locations in the US, so one order may be shipping from more than one location and therefore have more than one tracking number.
Time frames provided are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather, economic events, etc.

Rewards can only be used by individuals who have an account with Duo Cooperative. Points cannot be shared between individuals, however one household can have more than one account.
The rewards points are given as follows:
5 points for every $1 spent (on subtotal)
300 points given annually on account holders birthday
100 points automatically given for joining the Duo Cooperative Rewards Program
The rewards points can be spent as follows:
$6 off of purchase for 600 points (on subtotal)
$10 off of purchase for 1000 points (on subtotal)
$20 off of purchase for 2000 points (on subtotal)
Refer a friend, and you each earn $6 off of a purchase subtotal (will be available in your account when the referred friend finalizes their purchase).
Points last for 365 days after being received, at which point they will expire.
COUPONS + DISCOUNTS
Coupon codes + discounts cannot be combined, and cannot be applied to sale items. If you receive a coupon code, it should be treated as your own personal discount and the code should not be shared with others (unless agreed upon with Duo Cooperative - for example, for referrals or social shares).
